He (Jay) came out reviewed our massive job. We had already researched and had everything we wanted picked out and he took it from there. Yes it took a few months to complete but we had quite a few unique issues being a log home but the work got done and is beautiful. We have found no flaws anywhere and satisfied that it was done professionally correct to code every inch of the way. We were here and watched them reconstruct and make our deck and porches look awesome.

They worked with the door company to fashion a door to fit our entrance way into our home and then made the necessary modifications to fit it onto the house. They replaced all the dry rotted-ant infested wood and placed new treated wood to create a sturdy base on which to sit the new door. Once installed, they were meticulous in finding, placing and sealing the molding around the door to enhance its appearance and keep us dry. They also are willing to come back after the project is completed to make adjustments if needed. Thank you so much Jay (and Eddie) for taking care of us:)

We were pleased to learn that Elegant Exteriors are certified Andersen window installers, which met an important requirement for us. His itemized quote arrived shortly, and he addressed our questions and concerns thoroughly. The Elegant Exteriors workers were pleasant, knowledgeable, respectful of us and our property, and took pride in doing quality work.
