He (Jay) came out reviewed our massive job. We had already researched and had everything we wanted picked out and he took it from there. Yes it took a few months to complete but we had quite a few unique issues being a log home but the work got done and is beautiful. They worked with the door company to fashion a door to fit our entrance way into our home and then made the necessary modifications to fit it onto the house. They replaced all the dry rotted-ant infested wood and placed new treated wood to create a sturdy base on which to sit the new door. Once installed, they were meticulous in finding, placing and sealing the molding around the door to enhance its appearance and keep us dry.
